Torah Jews / Natruna is the public name of True Torah Jews Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Brooklyn, New York. This policy covers this website, torahjews.org, and our SMS updates.
Information we collect
When you visit the website. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Our website host, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The X feed on our homepage. The homepage shows our latest posts from X through a widget provided by Elfsight. When it loads, it connects to Elfsight, X and the services they use to show the posts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address, and may use cookies, under their own privacy policies.
When you contact us. If you email or call us, we use the details you give us to reply.
Donations. Donations are made on a secure page run by our payment processor, Cardknox, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the details of your donation, such as your name, contact details and the amount, and use them only to record it and send you a receipt.

SMS Privacy
Torah Jews / Natruna collects phone numbers only when users voluntarily provide them or opt in by texting START to our SMS number.
We use phone numbers to send informational community update text messages and related service messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, SMS consent, or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We send SMS updates only to people who opted in by texting START. Phone numbers given to us for anything else, such as with a donation or a phone call, are never added to our SMS list. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose.
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Users may request help at any time by replying HELP.
